Akhil is a seasoned education entrepreneur with a background in learning and technology. He founded MindStrength with the vision that learning can be strategic and immediately actionable. By applying modern learning theory and techniques, Akhil recognized that companies can improve performance – and ultimately achieve their goals -- through delivering strategic execution to all levels of their organization.

Under Akhil’s leadership, MindStrength’s Initiative Platform has seen strong adoption by Fortune 500 and mid-size businesses.

Before MindStrength, Akhil held senior roles at technology companies such as Wyzant and Excite@Home and founded California Education Partners which delivered custom learning paths to thousands of users. Akhil holds an economics degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Babson College.

Sorabh Saluja – Head of Development

Sorabh Saluja leads the development team responsible for architecting MindStrength’s powerful and modern solution. With expertise that spans across multiple web and mobile technologies to build seamless experiences, Sorabh has a track record in developing sophisticated full-stack solutions for the enterprise. Sorabh previously led teams developing complex solutions for Virgin, GE, Dow chemicals. He earned his degree in computer science from Kurukshetra University in India.

Samreen Raza – Principal Initiative Designer

With a design background, Samreen Raza sits at the intersection of design and human behavior. Samreen conceptualizes the architecture of MindStrength initiative pathways and leads the development of learning experiences that support our clients’ initiatives. Samreen has a degree in architecture from the Tulsi Vidya Bharti School Of Habitat Studies in New Delhi.

Ted Gizewski – Board of Advisors

Ted is the Deputy General Counsel at Zoom, the world’s fastest-growing enterprise video SaaS company. He has extensive experience in enterprise-level distribution/licensing, complex technology transactions, regulatory compliance, international expansion, AI/machine learning, data analytics, data security, data privacy, product development, international expansion, and go-to-market strategy development.
